Friends of Oscar Zero
The Friends of Oscar Zero was set up to aid the Griggs County Historical Society and the North Dakota State Historical Society with the growth, support, and management of the Oscar Zero and the November Thirty Three Historical Sites and all properties and collections related to these Sites and the Griggs County Historical Society Cold War Museum.
